Editorial Notes

Amendments 2016—Subsec. (b). Pub. L. 114–255 substituted "300jj–12(a)(2)" for "300jj–13(a)".

1 So in original. No par. (2) of section 300jj–12(a) has been enacted.

2 So in original. Probably should be "subsections".
