Section 3793a, Pub. L. 90–351, title I, §1002, as added Pub. L. 96–157, §2, Dec. 27, 1979, 93 Stat. 1218, required maintenance of a fund for juvenile delinquency programs consisting of minimum of 19.15 per centum of the appropriations each fiscal year for title I of Pub. L. 90–351. Another section 1002 of Pub. L. 90–351, title V, June 19, 1968, 82 Stat. 235, is classified as a note under section 7313 of Title 5, Government Organization and Employees. Section 3793b, Pub. L. 90–351, title I, §1003, as added Pub. L. 96–157, §2, Dec. 27, 1979, 93 Stat. 1219, authorized annual appropriations of $25,000,000 for fiscal years ending Sept. 30, 1980, through 1983, for Office of Community Anti-Crime Programs.
