De start van een moeilijke zoektocht om geschikt glutenvrij eten te vinden. Toch is het haar gelukt om mij gezond te laten eten! Ik ben haar nog steeds enorm dankbaar voor haar onuitputbare inzet. Pas toen ik op kot ging en zelf moest koken, besefte ik dat glutenvrij boodschappen doen en koken niet zo eenvoudig waren. Ik kon mij toen pas inbeelden welke uitdagingen mijn mama moet gehad hebben.
