If we find there is a product failure, we will engage with our painting manufacturer to resolve the issue. Do I need to move out of the house when you paint? Maybe. If you are requesting a full interior repaint with trim and doors, we have found that the best way to ensure you get the best finish, sharpest lines, in the fastest amount of time is for your personal items and furniture to be out of the home in the garage, a storage cubby, or in a different area that we are painting. This ensures we can work safely and efficiently, there is no damage to your property, and you get a better-than-new result. If you are only doing a couple of rooms and only painting your walls, this is often not necessary. We are happy to discuss this step during our estimate and again before we start the work. Do I have to pay for the work in full upfront or provide a deposit? You do not. We provide a clear estimate or proposal for the work, and our promise to you is that we will do excellent quality work, and your promise to us is that you will pay us when we are complete with the work. Our final hour is a thorough walk-through with you to address any issues or concerns, and then we ask for full payment at that time. Will you handle the cleanup after the job is done? We often leave the place cleaner than we found it. Extra empty paint buckets, masking trash, and job materials will be placed in trash bins or taken off the property for disposal. A family business doing its part to support Idaho and the local community. Norm and Cassie started the business in 2001 with an old Ford truck and a dream to be able to make a living while helping others.  Norm is a fourth-generation painter and embodies what it means to be a tradesman—disciplined, quality-focused, and a perfectionist.
